Mouse Anti-ZBTB7B Recombinant Antibody (CBYJT-5602). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to ZBTB7B (Zinc Finger And BTB Domain Containing 7B). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB. ZBTB7B is a zinc finger-containing transcription factor that acts as a key regulator of lineage commitment of immature T-cell precursors. ZBTB7B is necessary and sufficient for commitment of CD4 lineage, while its absence causes CD8 commitment. ZBTB7B also plays a role as a transcriptional repressor of type I collagen genes.
