CD140b (PDGFRB) Monoclonal Antibody (PR7212). PDGFRB is involved in Premature aging syndrome, Penttinen type (PENTT). A syndrome characterized by a prematurely aged appearance with lipoatrophy, epidermal and dermal atrophy along with hypertrophic lesions that resemble scars, thin hair, proptosis, underdeveloped cheekbones, and marked acro-osteolysis. The disease is caused by mutations affecting the gene represented in this entry.
