    DescriptionRecognizes human TGF-b1 both in its active form and in its latent form when it is complexed with LAP (latency associated peptide). Neutralizes the biological activity of TGF-b1 and TGF-b1.2. Species Crossreactivity: mouse and rat. In sandwich ELISA, <2% crossreactivity with recombinant human TGF-b3 and recombinant amphibian TGF-b5 was observed and no crossreactivity with recombinant porcine or recombinant human TGFb2 was observed.
