Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, anti-biotin and puri?ed and partially puri?ed Green Fluorescent Protein (Aequorea victoria) serum. No reaction was observed against human, mouse and rat serum proteins. |
