Description
Anti-Human SCN9A Therapeutic Antibody Fab Fragment. The specific antibody is an anti-Nav1.7 antibody binding to human voltage gated sodium channel, which is a member of the family of voltage-gated sodium channels that are important for electrogenesis and nerve impulse conduction in various types of excitable cell. The antibody can be used in the treatment of diseases and disorders associated with one or more Nav1.7 biological activities, such as treating acute or chronic pain conditions, or inflammatory conditions. Does not react with Nav1.5.
