Description
Rabbit Anti-PDE7A Recombinant Antibody (EPR7731). This product is a rabbit antibody that recognizes PDE7A of human. The antibody EPR7731 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: IF, IHC-P, WB. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase (PDE) family, and PDE7 subfamily. This PDE hydrolyzes the second messenger, cAMP, which is a regulator and mediator of a number of cellular responses to extracellular signals. It hydrolyzes the second messenger cAMP, which is a key regulator of many important physiological processes. The protein may have a role in muscle signal transduction.
