Description
Mouse Anti-PDE9A Recombinant Antibody (CBYC-P252). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Human Phosphodiesterase 9A. The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB, ELISA, IHC-P, ELISA. PDE9A catalyzes the hydrolysis of cAMP and cGMP to their corresponding monophosphates. The encoded protein plays a role in signal transduction by regulating the intracellular concentration of these cyclic nucleotides. Multiple transcript variants encoding several different isoforms have been found for this gene.
