Description
Rabbit Anti-FYN / YES1 Monoclnal Antibody (EPR13512). Provided herein is a rabbit monoclonal antibody against Human FYN (phospho Y530) and YES (phospho Y537). The antibody, clone EPR13512, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as FC and WB. FYN is a membrane-associated tyrosine kinase that has been implicated in the control of cell growth. FYN associates with the p85 subunit of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase and interacts with the fyn-binding protein. This gene is the cellular homolog of the Yamaguchi sarcoma virus oncogene. YES1 has tyrosine kinase activity and belongs to the src family of proteins.
