Description
Mouse Anti-PBK Recombinant Antibody (2C8). This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes PBK of human. The antibody 2C8 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: WB, ELISA, FC, IF, IHC. PBK is a serine/threonine protein kinase related to the dual specific mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase (MAPKK) family. PBK may be involved in the activation of lymphoid cells and support testicular functions, with a suggested role in the process of spermatogenesis. Overexpression of PBK has been implicated in tumorigenesis.
