Description
Mouse Anti-PBK Monoclnal Antibody (3F7). Provided herein is a mouse monoclonal antibody against Human PBK. The antibody, clone 3F7, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA and WB. PBK is a serine/threonine protein kinase related to the dual specific mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase (MAPKK) family. PBK may be involved in the activation of lymphoid cells and support testicular functions, with a suggested role in the process of spermatogenesis. Overexpression of PBK has been implicated in tumorigenesis.
