Description
Rabbit Anti-FTH1 Recombinant Antibody (BA0225). This product is a rabbit antibody that recognizes FTH1. The antibody BA0225 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: IHC-Fr, IHC-P, WB. This gene encodes the heavy subunit of ferritin, the iron storage protein ferritin is a complex of 24 ferritin light chain (FTL; 134790) and ferritin heavy chain (FTH1) subunits in ratios that vary in different cell types. FTH subunits exhibit ferroxidase activity, converting Fe(2+) to Fe(3+), so that iron may be stored in the ferritin mineral core, which prevents undesirable reactions of Fe(2+) with oxygen.
