    DescriptionAnti-EGFR (Cetuximab)-VC-PAB-MODO ADC. This Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) product is comprised of an anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody (Cetuximab) conjugated via a VC-PAB linker to MODO. The MODO is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, MODO binds to tubulins, interrupts microtubule dynamics, and subsequently, induces cell death.
