Description
Mouse Anti-SOX9 Monoclnal Antibody (3C10). Provided herein is a mouse monoclonal antibody against Human SOX9. The antibody, clone 3C10, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, FC, ICC, IF, IHC-P, IP and WB. SOX9 recognizes the sequence CCTTGAG along with other members of the HMG-box class DNA-binding proteins which acts during chondrocyte differentiation and, with steroidogenic factor 1, regulates transcription of the anti-Muellerian hormone (AMH) gene. Deficiencies lead to the skeletal malformation syndrome campomelic dysplasia, frequently with sex reversal.
