Description
Immunostaining fixation is used ice cold methanol, 4% paraformaldehyde (not longer than 15 minutes). The characterization of the antigen was Mass Spec immunoprecipitated material identify Sp-SynB, mammalian cells expressing SpSynB are immunoreactive, antibodies produced against Sp-SynB have identical patterns ofimmunoreactivity, Burke et al. 2006. Also works with deuterostomes, ascidian, echinderms, hemichordates. We recommend addition of glycerol to 50% and storage at -20C for long term storage.
