Description
This antibody doesn't work for Immunostaining nor function blocking. Works for immunoprecipitation but BDNF-#9 is preferred. For ELISA, BDNF-#1 is often used in combination with BDNF-#9 (a different clone from the same fusion; availabe in the DSHB collection) that recognizes a different epitope on BDNF.
