Description
Epitope: Carbohydrate moiety Gal b 1-4 G1cNAc b 1-3 R. This antibody recognizes a carbohydrate epitope found on glycolipids and glycoproteins: Gal b 1-4 G1cNAc b 1-3 R. This carbohydrate moiety is found on the surface of mouse NULLI-SCC1 and F9 testis embryonal carcinoma cells. Bind of FE-A5 is strongly inhibited by the presence of N-acetyllactoseamine, lactose and D-Galactose.
