Roller bottle cell culture for medium to large scale production. This service provides up to 2 L of roller bottle culture. Note that roller bottle culture can accomodate volumes into the 100's or liters. The culture is grown at a small scale seed culture. The seed culture is used to innoculate 0.5L roller bottles. Upon completion of the culture, the media supernatent is harvested to recover produced antibody. Conversely the cells may be harvested when desired.
