The's Smart Advanced Broad-Range Protein Standard is used to accurately estimate the molecular weight of protein samples on SDS-PAGE. The standard consists of seven purified recombinant proteins ranging from 30 to 200kDa (30 kDa, 40 kDa, 60 kDa, 80 kDa, 100 kDa, 150 kDa, 200 kDa), of which six are unstained and one (30 kDa) is prestained with blue dye. The standard is supplied in a ready-to-use format and can be visualized with Coomassie blue or silver staining. The band of 100kDa is double intensified to serve as reference.
