The's Smart Dual Color Pre-Stained Protein Standard is used to estimate molecular weight of protein samples on SDS-PAGE gel, and evaluate the western transfer efficiency. The standard consists of six pre-stained proteins in the range of 16 to 94 kDa. The protein of 40 kDa is covalently coupled with orange dye for easy orientation, and the other proteins are covalently coupled with blue dye for easy visualization.Smart Dual Color Pre-Stained Protein Standard is supplied in gel loading buffer and can be applied directly to a SDS-PAGE gel.
