Description
This antibody was affinity purified using Arpc1b (C-terminal region) peptide (without carrier). The antibody detects a 41 kDa protein corresponding to the molecular mass of Arpc1b on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of human A431 and Jurkat cells, rat A7r5 and PC12 cells, and mouse C2C12 cells.
Immunogen
Arpc1b/p41-Arc synthetic peptide (coupled to KLH) corresponding to amino acid residues in the C-terminal region of human Arpc1b. This peptide sequence is highly conserved in rat, mouse, and chicken Arpc1b, and has some homology to the conserved region in isoform Arpc1a.
