| Description | Mouse anti c-Jun (pT91 + pT93) [C-J 4C4/1]. This antibody recognises proto-oncogene c-Jun, which is a component of the transcription factor activator protein-1 (AP1). The product of the c-Jun oncogene plays an important role in the regulation of gene expression and signal transduction processes. The antibody C-J 4C4/1 recognises c-jun phosphorylated at threonine 91 and 93. |
