| Description | SHEEP ANTI RABBIT TRYPTOPHAN HYDROXYLASE. This item recognises tryptophan hydroxylase, an ensyme involved in the synthesis of the neurotransmitter serotonin. In a Western blot Rat pineal, hypothalamus and dorsal raphe tissue have been used. A band at approximately 55 kD is observed. |
