Description
Rabbit Anti-Human PTEN Polyclonal. Detects 47 kDa and 64 kDa. 47 kDa is isoform 1 and 64 kDa is isoform alpha. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-788 was sufficient for detection of PTEN in 15 μg of rat Kidney, Liver cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
