Description
Rabbit Anti-Human STAT1 (pSer727) Polyclonal. Detects endogenous levels of STAT1 only when phosphorylated at serine 727 (pSer727). A 1:500 dilution of SPC-1430 was sufficient for detection of STAT1 (pSer727) in 10 μg of human, mouse embryonic kidney epithelial cell line (hek293), fibroblast cell line (nih 3t3) lysates, jurkat cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit as the secondary antibody.
