Description
This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibody specific for AFP-L3 has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody specific for AFP-L3.
