Description
Mouse Anti-LCAT Recombinant Antibody (CBYCL-145). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Human LCAT. The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, ICC, WB. LCAT is the extracellular cholesterol esterifying enzyme, lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase. The esterification of cholesterol is required for cholesterol transport. Mutations in LCAT have been found to cause fish-eye disease as well as LCAT deficiency.
