Rat Anti-Lcn2 Recombinant Antibody (CBYJL-2435). Provided herein is a Rat monoclonal antibody, which binds to Lipocalin 2 (Lcn2). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA. Lipocalin 2 (LCN2) belongs to the lipocalin family. Members of this family transport small hydrophobic molecules such as lipids, steroid hormones and retinoids. The protein encoded by this gene is a neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin and function in innate immunity by limiting bacterial growth as a result of sequestering iron-containing siderophores.
