Description
Mouse Anti-PYGM Recombinant Antibody (3D8). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Human Glycogen Phosphorylase, Muscle Associated. The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, WB. PYGM is a muscle enzyme involved in glycogenolysis. Highly similar enzymes encoded by different genes are found in liver and brain. Mutations in this gene are associated with McArdle disease (myophosphorylase deficiency), a glycogen storage disease of muscle.
