    DescriptionRabbit Anti-Human Fyn (pTyr530) Polyclonal. Detects endogenous levels of Fyn only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 530 (pTyr530). A 1:500 dilution of SPC-1383 was sufficient for detection of Fyn (pTyr530) in 10 μg of human embryonic kidney epithelial cell line (hek293) lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit as the secondary antibody.
