Description
Rabbit Anti-Human P Glycoprotein Polyclonal. Detects ~141kDa, endogenous levels of total P Glycoprotein 1. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-1306 was sufficient for detection of P Glycoprotein in 10 μg of PANC-1 cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
