Description
Rabbit Anti-Human Smad3 Polyclonal. Detects ~48kDa, endogenous levels of total Smad3. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-1285 was sufficient for detection of Smad3 in 10 μg of Hek293 cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
