The antibody 2E9 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: WB, ELISA. Galactokinase is a major enzyme for the metabolism of galactose and its deficiency causes congenital cataracts during infancy and presenile cataracts in the adult population. It is a major enzyme for galactose metabolism.
