Description
Mouse Anti-ADM Recombinant Antibody (BA0394). This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes ADM. The antibody BA0394 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: WB, ICC, IHC-P, IHC-Fr, ELISA. The ADM gene encodes for a preprohormone, which is posttranslationally modified to generate 2 biologically active peptides: adrenomedullin and proadrenomedullin N-terminal 20 peptide (PAMP). Expression of these peptides is widespread, and they have several functions, including vasodilatation, bronchodilatation, hormone secretion regulation, growth modulation, angiogenesis promotion, and antimicrobial activity, among others. AM and PAMP are potent hypotensive and vasodilatator agents. Numerous actions have been reported most related to the physio
