Mouse Anti-LDHB Recombinant Antibody (AT14D7). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to Lactate Dehydrogenase B (LDHB). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, WB. LDHB is the B subunit of lactate dehydrogenase enzyme, which catalyzes the interconversion of pyruvate and lactate with concomitant interconversion of NADH and NAD+ in a post-glycolysis process. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed for this gene.
