Description
Mouse Anti-MIEN1 Recombinant Antibody (1D7). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Human MIEN1. The antibody, clone 1D7, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB. MIEN1 increases cell migration by inducing filopodia formation at the leading edge of migrating cells. MIEN1 plays a role in regulation of apoptosis, possibly through control of CASP3 and may be involved in a redox-related process.
