Description
Mouse Anti-SRC Recombinant Antibody (9C1). This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes SRC of human. The antibody 9C1 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: ELISA, MA. This gene is highly similar to the v-src gene of Rous sarcoma virus. This proto-oncogene participates in signaling pathways that control a diverse spectrum of biological activities including gene transcription, immune response, cell adhesion, cell cycle progression, apoptosis, migration, and transformation. The protein encoded by this gene interacts with the cytoplasmic domain of insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF1R) and is thought to be involved in the regulation of IGF1R mediated cell signaling.
