Description
Rabbit Anti-XCL1 Recombinant Antibody (002). Provided herein is a Rabbit monoclonal antibody against Mouse XCL1. The antibody, clone 002, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA. XCL1 is a member of the C-chemokine subfamily, retaining only two of four cysteines conserved in other chemokines, and is thought to be specifically chemotactic for T cells. XCL1 has chemotactic activity for lymphocytes but not for monocytes or neutrophils. In thymus, XCL1 mediates medullary accumulation of thymic dendritic cells and contributes to regulatoy T cell development, playing a role in self-tolerance establishment.
