Description
Rat Anti-Xcl1 Recombinant Antibody (CBYJL-2405). Provided herein is a Rat monoclonal antibody, which binds to Chemokine (C Motif) Ligand 1 (Xcl1). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB. Chemotactic activity for lymphocytes but not for monocytes or neutrophils. In thymus, mediates medullary accumulation of thymic dendritic cells and contributes to regulatoy T cell development, functioning in self-tolerance establishment.
