Description
Mouse Anti-XRCC3 Recombinant Antibody (10F1/6). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Human XRCC3. The antibody, clone 10F1/6, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB, IHC, ICC, IF. XRCC3 is a member of the RecA/Rad51-related protein family that participates in homologous recombination to maintain chromosome stability and repair DNA damage. XRCC3 is involved in the homologous recombination repair (HRR) pathway of double-stranded DNA, thought to repair chromosomal fragmentation, translocations and deletions. A rare microsatellite polymorphism in XRCC3 is associated with cancer in patients of varying radiosensitivity.
