Description
Mouse Anti-XRCC4 Recombinant Antibody (CBYCX-129). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Human XRCC4. The antibody, clone CBYCX-129, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB, IP. XRCC4 functions together with DNA ligase IV and the DNA-dependent protein kinase in the repair of DNA double-strand breaks. XRCC4 is involved in DNA non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) required for double-strand break repair and V(D)J recombination. Mutations in XRCC4 can cause short stature, microcephaly, and endocrine dysfunction (SSMED).
