    DescriptionRabbit Anti-Human KDM6A polyclonal antibody for WB, ChIP, IP, ICC, IHC. Histone demethylase UTX (also known as Lysine-specific demethylase 6A, Ubiquitously-transcribed TPR protein on the X chromosome, and Ubiquitously-transcribed X chromosome tetratricopeptide repeat protein) is encoded by the KDM6A/UTX gene in human. UTX demethylates trimethylated and dimethylated, but not monomethylated, histone H3 Lys27. UTX is involved in regulation of posterior development, and KDM6A gene defects are linked to Kabuki syndrome type 2 (KABUK2).
