This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Very Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Very Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor and analogues was observed. Sample types: tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Range: 68.6-50,000 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 27.9 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Very Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
