Description
Mouse Anti-AOC3 Recombinant Antibody (174-5). This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes AOC3. The antibody 174-5 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: FC, FuncS, IF, IHC-Fr, WB. AOC3 are expressed on the cell surface and catalyze oxidative deamination of primary amines in a reaction that produces aldehyde, ammonium, and hydrogen peroxide. AOC3 is expressed on the surface of endothelial cells and is involved in leukocyte trafficking between blood and tissues under physiologic and pathologic conditions. The encoded protein is localized to the cell surface, has adhesive properties as well as monoamine oxidase activity, and may be involved in leukocyte trafficking.
