    DescriptionMouse Anti-SMYD2 Recombinant Antibody (14D3). This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes SMYD2 of human. The antibody 14D3 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: ELISA, MA. SET domain-containing proteins, such as SMYD2, catalyze lysine methylation. This protein monomethylates 'Lys-370' of p53/TP53, leading to decreased DNA-binding activity and subsequent transcriptional regulation activity of p53/TP53.
