| Description | Mouse Anti-TREM1 Recombinant Antibody (CBYJT-4594). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to TREM1 (Triggering Receptor Expressed On Myeloid Cells 1). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA(Cap). TREM1 is a receptor belonging to the Ig superfamily that is expressed on myeloid cells. TREM1 amplifies neutrophil and monocyte-mediated inflammatory responses triggered by bacterial and fungal infections by stimulating release of pro-inflammatory chemokines and cytokines, as well as increased surface expression of cell activation markers. |
