| Description | The antibodies are offered as highly functional conjugates with bright emission spectra that match the principal output wavelengths of common fluorescence instrumentation. DyLight? conjugates are useful for Multiplex Fluorescent Western Blotting. DyLight? dye-labeled secondary antibodies are suited for simultaneous detection and quantification of multiple proteins on the same blot that are visualized in different fluorescence channels. The two or three-color multiplexing abilities of G:BOX with the high quality digital camera (or similar imagining system) and band-pass filters matched to a large range of fluorochromes allows for detection of multiple proteins. |
