It is suitable for Western Blots and is specific for the ~50 kDa eEF1A2 protein phosphorylated at Ser358. Immunolabeling of the eEF1A2 band is blocked by the treatment of the lysate with lambda phosphatase (30 minutes, 800 units / 1 mg protein). Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. |
