| Description | Anti-MEK1 pT386 antibodies are affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. The immunolabeling is completely eliminated by treatment with lambda-phosphatase. Expect reactivity with the following species based on sequence homology: bovine, canine, chicken, mouse, non-human primates and Xenopus. Cross reactivity with MEK1 pT386 from other species has not been determined. |
