| Description | Anti-Rat IgG IgA IgM (H&L) Antibody, Peroxidase Conjugated, was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rat antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Goat Serum. This reagent is suitable for the detection of all Rat immunoglobulin isotypes and chain combinations. |
