    ApplicationsImmunohistochemistry, Western Blot. Anti-TACE Antibody is suitable for use in E, WB, ICC, IF and FACS. Expect a band approximately ~93.0 kDa on specific lysates. 80 to 130kDa bands can be detected, which may represent mature protein, precursor and glycosylated TACE. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.

    DescriptionAnti-TACE Antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with TACE with Human, Mouse and Rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with TACE from other sources has not been determined.
    ImmunogenTACE Antibody was produced from whole rabbit serum prepared by repeated immunizations with a peptide corresponding to amino acids near the c-terminus of human TACE. This sequence differs from those of mouse and rat TACE by one amino acid.
